Sheng Zhen Forms
The Sheng Zhen system includes forms practiced seated, standing, and lying down, as well as organ-specific forms for lungs, heart, kidney, and liver. Descriptions below are for a select set of Sheng Zhen forms that are being offered.
Return to Spring
Give and receive. Lead and follow. Move and be still. These opposing forces are brought into balance through the steady, rhythmic movements of Return to Spring. Inspired by Lao Tzu, the father of Taoism, this form brings symmetry to the left and right, upper and lower aspects of the physical and emotional body.

Kuan Yin Standing
This graceful 10-movement form activates lower body (grounding) support, opens the torso and shoulders, and brings strength and flexibility to the spine. Inspired by Kuan Yin, the Chinese goddess of compassion, the form offers practitioners a felt sense of the fluid nature of the human body.
See Master Li Junfeng perform Kuan Yin Standing.
This seated form increases lung capacity, improves cardiac health, and revitalizes internal organs. The 30 movements are taught as three separate but integrated forms:
Part I - The Gathering of Healing Qi from the Universe opens and prepares the physical body to receive fresh qi.
Part II - The Processing of Qi in the Human Stove removes toxins while circulating fresh, vital qi throughout the body.
Part III - Alchemy Frees the Source Within initiates the alchemical process of transmuting qi to nourish the spirit
