What is Qigong?
Qigong (pronounced chee-GUNG) is a form of movement that improves health by increasing circulation of blood, oxygen, and qi in the body. Qi is the vital force present in all living things.
The movements & postures of qigong open the body's energetic pathways -- called meridians -- enabling qi to flow more freely. As it flows, qi cleans the meridians and improves overall health.
